Prepory is a premier college admissions consulting firm that helps students navigate the complex college application process. They serve multiple audience segments including students, parents, and third-party stakeholders such as school administrators and employers.
Challenge
While Prepory had an existing Hubspot form on their website, it was a one-size-fits-all solution that couldn't adapt to their diverse client base. The static form failed to capture vital information specific to different user types (students, parents, school administrators, employers), resulting in incomplete data collection and additional follow-up steps. This created inefficiencies in their sales process and potentially missed opportunities due to the disjointed user experience.
Solution
We developed a custom multi-step form using HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, and the Hubspot API that intelligently adapted based on user inputs. The solution first identified whether the visitor was a student, parent, or third-party stakeholder (school administrator, employer), then dynamically presented relevant questions based on their selection. This conditional logic ensured that each user type received questions specifically tailored to their situation, creating a more personalized and efficient experience while collecting precisely the information Prepory's team needed for each segment.

The intelligent form solution significantly improved data collection quality while creating a cleaner, more intuitive user experience.
